What to expect: Montessori Mornings is a free series that will have a topic of interest each session. This is not a lecture-based class, but rather a space for like-minded caregivers to come together, have an open discussion, and learn a bit along the way. We will have a small Montessori environment set-up for the infants and toddlers to enjoy while we, the adults, observe and discuss. Bridget (Montessori in Motion) and Theresa (Montessori in Real Life) have been using Montessori at home with their little ones and are happy to answer any questions you have!

**This week, we will be meeting at Bodies for Birth in Phinney Ridge instead of our normal space in Volunteer Park.**

We are so excited to have Maura Shirey, owner of Bodies for Birth, as our guest speaker for this week's Montessori Morning. This week we will discuss common postpartum issues, easy stretches and exercises for busy mamas and the importance of self-care. Once you are postpartum, you are always postpartum. This session will be informational if you have a two month old or a two year old! For this session, we ask that only women attend.
